4. Try to use as few windows and bright lights as possible. This will help your eyes feel less tired from the lights and the computer at the same time. If you have to, use a screen that reduces glare.

5. Choose a chair that gives you support and makes you feel good. It should be set up so that your feet can touch the ground flat.
